Shipping Information

a Lady of the Lake uses USPS flat rate envelopes or flat rate boxes. The shipping prices are below:

Domestic: $5.00- USPS Priority Mail (Arrives within 2-3 business days. Includes tracking.) 

Canada: $13.95 (5-10 business days)

International: $23.95- USPS Priority Mail (I will include tracking. Arrives within 8-10 business days but can arrive in 2 or more weeks and sometimes up to 30 days.) 

I will combine shipping for multiple items at no additional cost. If you buy in 2 separate transactions please just send me a message detailing the items that need to be shipped together.

If you are in a rush and can't wait to wear your item we have some faster options for your shipping: 
2nd Day — $15 flat rate
Overnight – $25 flat rate

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handmade/ or vintage item. If you have any questions in terms of sizing, want additional pictures or have any questions about the item please message me before you purchase the item. If you are unhappy with item please contact us and we will get back to you shortly to arrange a return or exchange.

Please keep in mind vintage pieces are pre-loved and at times may show signs of use or have small flaws. I will do my best to detail these in the  descriptions.
