This breezy oversize pullover tunic dress/blouse is handmade to order. Tunic has raised waistline, pleats and black cotton crochet style neckband and sleeve panels. Dress is made of lightweight Silk pique and has pockets. Amazing over leggings or jeans in the winter and over a slip during the summer.
